General Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 10X Exports. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Course Enrollment and Fees
All course fees are non-refundable once paid, regardless of the reason for discontinuation.
10X Exports reserves the right to adjust course fees at any time. However, fee adjustments will not apply retroactively to students who have already enrolled and paid.
2. Attendance and Participation
Regular attendance is required to fully benefit from the course. Absences may affect course completion or eligibility for certificates.
10X Exports is not responsible for any missed sessions. It is up to the student to attend classes as per the schedule.
No additional sessions will be provided for absentees unless specified.
3. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All course materials are the intellectual property of 10X Exports and are provided solely for personal use. Materials cannot be copied, shared, or distributed without written consent.
Unauthorized sharing of course materials or recording of sessions is prohibited and may lead to termination of enrollment.

4. Certification and Completion
Certification will only be granted to students who meet all course requirements, including attendance, assignments, Projects and Task.
10X Exports does not guarantee job placements upon completion of the course.
Any claims regarding potential earnings or job placements made verbally by representatives are not binding unless provided in writing by 10X Exports.
5. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful conduct toward instructors, staff, and other students. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may lead to immediate termination of enrollment without a refund.
6. Changes to Course Content and Schedule
10X Exports reserves the right to change course content, instructors, and schedules at any time without prior notice.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, classes may be rescheduled, and students will be informed accordingly.
7. Liability
10X Exports is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while attending classes or participating in any institute activities.
The institute does not take responsibility for any outcome, financial or otherwise, resulting from the implementation of course knowledge.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad.
